Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo got a head start on celebrating their shared Nov. 9 birthdays in Mexico over the weekend. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo had plenty to celebrate during their holiday in Los Cabos this weekend. The good looking couple - last week, and both celebrate their birthdays on Tuesday — Nick will be 37 and Vanessa will turn 30! He looked hot - in the sun, while Vanessa wore a couple of different - as she sunbathed over the weekend, including a pale pink one with a big hat to keep the sun off her face as she chatted to friends. The engagement ring is -, made by jewellers Bader & Garrin, and worth approximately $125,000!

However, Simpson’s ex-husband — and former “Newlyweds” co-star — -,
37, is ready to tie the knot again. This time with his girlfriend

The couple announced their engagement on Thursday (Nov. 4). Seeing as how Lachey’s marriage to Simpson had already fallen apart by the time he and
Minnillo began seeing one another, we really have nothing else to say on
the matter other than “Congratulations and best wishes.”
